It realizes the "three-in-one" goal of harmless treatment, volume reduction, and resource recycling for multiple types of sludge, including municipal domestic sludge, industrial sewage sludge (printing and dyeing, electroplating, chemical engineering), and agricultural breeding sludge. Core Process Flow: Full-Automated Granulation with Controllable Quality

The production line adopts a flexible modular structure, which can be customized and adjusted according to the sludge's moisture content, viscosity, and component characteristics. The whole process is controlled by an intelligent PLC system, with clear process nodes and stable operation:

1. Sludge Pretreatment: Raw sludge is conveyed to a double-shaft mixing mixer, where dry powder modifiers (coal ash, bentonite, or recycled fine powder from the production line) are added at a ratio of 1:0.2-0.5.
